Next 150 Construction, a fully-owned subsidiary of Gilbane, is seeking a Site Services Planner.  The Site Services Planner is responsible for the coordination and delivery of rental equipment and site services to Gilbane Building Company projects. 

• Asset tracking and management
• Transportation and logistics
• Sourcing, procurement and rental coordination of equipment and services
• Contract management
• Maintenance, repair, and warranty management
• Coordination of safety training and certification

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or related field
• 3-5 years of related business experience
• Asset management experience
• Knowledge of or experience with common construction jobsite equipment
• Equipment rental experience preferred
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of eProcurement and asset management solutions preferred
