The Gilbane Team in Raleigh, North Carolina is seeking an experienced Project Executive with experience in multi-discipline industries of construction! 
Some of our key industries in this area are high-rise, life sciences/pharmaceuticals, healthcare, education, and more!

The Project Executive is the on-site representative of the Company responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a single complex construction-management project; as well as supervising project teams and mentoring multiple Project Managers and Engineers.

•Direct and supervise work of project administration, project superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities and maintain satisfactory relationships with owners, subcontractors, unions, etc.
•Enforce project reporting requirements
•Manage critical issues

•Assume overall accountability for compliance with company procedures and policies related to execution of the project

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

•BS OR MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management 
•15+ years in the lead role on Life Science projects valued at $75 million or larger (preferably several notable projects within life science or healthcare sectors)
•Or equivalent combination of education and experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

•Life Science or NC State Construction Office experience preferred

•Strong technical and communication skills are critical
•Ability to work in a team environment
•Leadership and management skills
•Knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Office (preferred)
