Gilbane Development Company (Gilbane) seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects in the metropolitan Washington, DC area as part of its expanding multi-family housing platform (affordable, market-rate, and student-oriented). The candidate must have a keen understanding of the design/construction of multi-family housing (podium, wrap, and mid/high-rise), and be able to manage the day-to-day implementation of multiple projects, including coordination of architects, engineers, contractors and regulatory agencies to ensure all cost, quality, and schedule objectives are achieved.
