Responsibilities

  • Provide calendar and travel coordination support for select members of the executive team.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
  • Support day-to-day C-suite operations, including office coordination, supply management, and serving as a point of contact for external inquiries
  • Provide occasional administrative and coordination support to current and former executives on select initiatives and requests.
  • Support the planning and execution of a range of internal and external meetings, events, and gatherings, ensuring a high level of organization and professionalism
  • Assist with coordination and administrative support for family committees, including scheduling, materials preparation, and follow-ups
  • Provide ad-hoc support for special projects and evolving business priorities
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Office to ensure priorities are managed efficiently and effectively
  • Occasional early morning, evening, and weekend support may be required based on business needs
  • Represent the C-suite and company with the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of office experience in a construction-related field
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent mobilizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point

 

Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.

For Rhode Island this ranges from $67,000-80,000 plus benefits and retirement program.
