EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Construction Management or similar field
- 1-3+ years experience with a large trade contractor, construction management, or general contractor organization
- OSHA 10-hour certified required; OSHA 30-hour preferred
- Experience working in a self-performing environment for a general contractor
- Estimating experience and union experience is preferred but not required
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Knowledge of success metrics and risks associated with one’s program, business unit, or portfolio of projects

- Proficient written and verbal skills
- Ability to work in a team-based environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Basic MEP knowledge
- Knowledge of Contract Documentation and Specifications
- Strong knowledge project management maintenance and editing software preferred
