EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Construction Management or similar field
- 0-1 years with a large trade contractor, construction management, or general contractor organization
- OSHA 10-hour certified required; OSHA 30-hour preferred
- Estimating experience and union experience is preferred but not required
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Continually seeks to understand customer goals and needs while acting with a sense of urgency to meet customer needs
- Ability to work in a team-based environment
- Proficient in Microsoft programs Some knowledge of commercial/institutional construction project
- Knowledge of construction management software
