Responsibilities

This position will report directly to the Director of Business Development for the Mid-Atlantic Division. Responsibilities include:

 

  • Provide comprehensive office administrative and coordination support to the Business Development team across the Mid-Atlantic Division.
  • Support business development, presentation, and accounting support assignments
  • Performing responsibilities/duties of a more junior Support Assistants as appropriate
  • Preparation of business unit financial, power point, business development reports for submittal/upload to corporate and/or g.net (internal internet system)
  • Coordinate/update project(s) and update company information for community relations or marketing purposes
  • Assist the Business Unit Leaders as requested regarding internal events and communications, such as Town Halls, Strategic Planning Sessions, Sales Summits, etc., in addition to regional specific conferences and tradeshows.
  • Administrative support and logistic activities supporting business development and the sales process, including, but not limited to: 
    • Support the Director of Business Development with internal Go/No-Go Process, including Enterprise and Divisional Level 22-3 reviews and assisting with documentation.
    • Support data integrity with sales opportunities within CRM database and develop acumen for running statistical reports for pipeline discussions and people/project experience.
    • Coordinate and monitor project updates for business development purposes
    • Coordinate/update project(s) and company information for internal office graphics and signage or internal presentations  
    • Assist in the sales process related to on-site coordination and logistics 
    • Pre-sell support and research for clients and competition
    • Partnership with Sales Operations team members as needed
  • Some early morning, evening, and weekend work may occur with prior managers approval

 

 

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience in a construction-related field
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.

For Baltimore, MD this ranges from $67,100.00 - $90,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
