The Sr. Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting for Gilbane Development Company through a consultative approach. This is achieved through the development of a national recruiting strategy to support the current and future needs of the business. The Sr. Recruiter plays a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent. The Sr. Recruiter may also lead strategic recruiting initiatives and serve as peer coach to the Recruiter I and Recruiter II.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred
• 5-7+ years’ experience recruiting experience, preferably within real estate development, with strong market knowledge of real estate development trends and talent availability.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong market knowledge of real estate development trends and talent availability across regional markets.
• Flexible to work in a hybrid model, with three days per week onsite.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Knowledge of recruiting principles and best practices, with the drive to own the full recruiting process from start to finish.
• Customer service oriented, with exceptional communication skills
• Demonstrated understanding of the Real Estate Development marketplace, including sub-regional markets like Portfolio, Property and Asset Management, Capital Markets and P3, is highly preferred
• Strong listening and facilitation skills with the ability to build consensus and influence leaders at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated, flexible and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized, with ability to lead and manage multiple simultaneous requisitions and internal team initiatives
• Ability to work in a team environment, build strong relationships, influence without direct authority, and build credibility and confidence at all levels
• Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems such as ICIMS, LinkedIn and other sourcing tools, and data analytics tools
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment including but not limited to OFCCP, EEO/AAP/VETS requirements
Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.
The pay ranges from $101,200.00 - $160,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
