As a Senior Learning & Development Specialist, you will lead the design and execution of strategic learning initiatives that drive performance and growth across the organization. This role requires a consultative mindset and deep expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery. You will partner closely with stakeholders to assess organizational needs, develop impactful training strategies, and implement best-in-class learning solutions. Key responsibilities include building and executing departmental and Business Unit training plans, enhancing our "train-the-trainer" and facilitator development programs, and serving as a critical link between Gilbane University and our operations teams. Additionally, you will contribute to the design and development of learning content and curricula, with a strong emphasis on onboarding and early career development programs.

For Richmond, VA this ranges from $94,000.00 -$129,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
For Providence, RI this ranges from $97,000.00 -$135,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
