EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Information Modeling (BIM) or related field
- 4+ years of VDC Coordination experience
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong time-management and analytical skills
- Expert knowledge of BIM design software Strong knowledge of complex design concepts and integrated building components and systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to effectively delegate tasks to a small team of VDC Engineers
- Ability to train and develop VDC Engineers on a variety of VDC tasks and processes
- Strong knowledge of various project delivery types and market sectors and how to apply them to the VDC process
- Ability to prioritize tasks of self and direct reports to achieve VDC deliverables deadlines
- Strong knowledge of various project delivery methods and market sectors, and how to apply them to the VDC process
